How requests are handled

Submitting this form creates a support request in Durgan Bilisim systems. We may contact you to verify your identity or authority before deleting or anonymizing eligible data.

• Tell us which product, tenant, company, or account the request is about.
• We review what can be deleted, anonymized, or retained under legal, accounting, security, audit, or contractual requirements.
• We respond to the email address you provide after the request is reviewed.

If your account is managed by your employer or another organization, we may route the request to that organization.
